My speciality is UX problems that don’t untangle easily — complex flows, demanding ergonomics, the kind that need real research and a fair bit of head-scratching. I’ve been working in ergonomics and usability for 25 years. Designed a lot. Written a few books. Made a Body of Knowledge on UI and UX design & research.
